Key Values

The atelier is crafted to encourage collaboration among artisans and visitors as well as stimulate tactile engagement for shoppers, with fabric wall dividers serving as a decorative element as well as a means to showcase the diverse range of textiles available.

Exhibits throughout the space provide insights into the creative process, enabling visitors to learn about the origin of materials and understand how to safely recycle and return materials to nature.

In alignment with the concept of reconstitution, the interior incorporates sustainable materials. Interior walls are constructed using fabric bricks, reclaimed wood is used for flooring and recycled glass panels in the clerestories allow abundant natural light. Integrated green spaces adjacent to the artists’ studios create a natural oasis within the interior, providing artists with a place for respite as well as a collaborative space.
